Roman Road Objects launches with Fungi Folly, a dinnerware collection by artist Yulia Iosilzon. The ceramic objects are an expansion of Iosilzon’s most recent exhibition ‘Paradise Is Not Just a Place’, where she depicts themes of human-animal metamorphosis from everyday life and social protests; conveying the concept of a heightened glorification of nature, which conceals its cruel actualities through the use of childhood cartoons and mythological tales.
